Do I need experience in residential childcare?

While prior experience in residential childcare is beneficial, it is not always required. We provide comprehensive training to ensure that all staff are well-prepared to support the children in our care. Passion for helping others and a willingness to learn are key traits we look for in our team members.

We recruit across all areas of London, and we are excited to be expanding soon into Northern England. We are always on the lookout for dedicated individuals to join our growing team across these regions.

Yes, we provide robust induction and full training to all new employees. Our training programs are designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in residential childcare. This includes both initial and ongoing training to support your professional development.

Shift patterns vary depending on the needs of the specific children’s home and your availability. Typically, full-time support workers will work around 40 hours a week, but part-time and flexible options may also be available. The shifts may include evenings, weekends, bank holidays and nights, depending on the requirements of the home.

No, a driving license is not required for the roles we offer. However, you may need to travel to different locations depending on your role, so being able to commute easily is important.

We recruit for a range of roles, including Residential Support Workers, Senior Residential Support Workers and Team Leaders. There are opportunities for both full-time and part-time positions, as well as flexible roles to suit different schedules.
