About Us
Specialist Provider of Residential Care for Children & Young People
Every Child Matters
Care2Rise is a dedicated children’s residential care provider based in the UK. Our mission is to create a stable, secure, and enriching environment for vulnerable young people. With a passionate team of trained professionals, we deliver tailored care that puts the needs of each child at the heart of everything we do.
We are committed to continuous improvement, strong safeguarding practices, and building meaningful partnerships with professionals and families to deliver the highest standards of care.
Our Therapeutic Approach
At Care2Rise, the PACE (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy) Model, led by our Clinical Director, guides our therapeutic approach. All staff are trained in PACE, allowing them to provide specialised care that fosters healing and resilience. Through this model, young people receive consistent, compassionate support tailored to their unique needs, promoting trust and positive outcomes.
Our Ethos
The ethos of the home is that children residing at Care2Rise Children’s Home receive good enough parenting that will help and support them to achieve their potential. At Care2Rise Children’s Home, staff work hard to engage and empower young people to be the best they can be to achieve their full potential.
Our Values
Care2Rise Children’s Home’ Statement of Purpose incorporates the Children’s Homes Regulations 2001, as amended 2011 & 2013 and Notes of Guidance which defines the values and principles of residential care as follows:
- The welfare of the young person is paramount.
- Each young person is a unique person with needs, requiring individual assessment and planning.
- Each young person looked after has the right to be involved in decisions being made on his/her future. Their feelings will always be given serious consideration.
- Young people are provided with a safe, comfortable and warm environment.
- Young people need to feel valued and cared for. All work will, therefore, be based on enabling young people to develop good personal relationships.
- Experienced staff working with young people should share activities, time and a range of other experiences with them.
- Young people have a need for, and a right to, space and privacy. Visitors to the home should be made welcome and offered comfortable facilities and refreshments.
- Young people should have the confidence that the adults looking after them are able to help them manage their difficult behaviour, however challenging.
